Our land has been inhabited since ancient times and this is proved by the archaeological finds discovered in the area, such as the Iron Age Cemetery, the Villa Rustica, Byzantines Water mills in the stream of Agia Paraskevi.
Nowadays, the place was inhabited mainly by Vlach-speaking Greeks and locals natives where he coexisted harmoniously in this beautiful place.
